Iver the past ten years after Lara Croft first appeared on tomb raider, her first adventure has been remade as Tomb Raider Anniversary for PC, PS2 , PSP and Nintendo Wii. The remake for the Nintendo Wii (also Xbox 360) is currently being developed. Tomb Raider Anniversary doesn’t make a good first impression on the Wii. Early in the game you have to shake the nunchuk like it’s a maraca. Shaking the nunchuk up and down will make Lara throw her grappling hook. Also the only way to speed up Lara while she’s climbing a ladder or when she is hanging from a ledge is move the nunchuk left and right.

Fortunately not every of the Wii controls are that specific in Tomb Raider Anniversary.

Glowbos might surely be the dumbest must fortunate creatures in existence. They need light to survive, yet they live in underground caves where there isn’t any. Actually if it weren’t for some light emitting alien species known as bulboids and the numerous mirrors, colored jewels and T-junctions that split beams of light throughout the caves the glowbos would surely be extinct. Your goal in Prism: Light the Way is to use the bulboids to get light to all of the glowbos. Every level is a different cave that you must past. The problem is that naturally you will rarely have as many bulboids to work with as their will be glowbos. So you’ll have to use the mirrors which redirect them, T-junctions, which split them in two, filter blocks, which change the color of the light to suit certain glowbos, and a handful of other items.

Prism: Light the Way’s puzzles contain more than 100 levels which means 100 caves.

The game goes through the movie’s story as its core and hits all the major plot points. The action centers around Remy, a French rat with big dreams of becoming a chef. Of course, given the pretty low number of world-renowned French rat chefs, Remy has more than a few obstacles to overcome. Rather than have the adventure offer a play-by-play of the film, the game will have a good chunk of its action take place in between the movie action, in a mix of locales that include those in the film and some made for the game. The gameplay in Ratatouille looks pretty standard platforming, obviously you get some wavy action going to the Wii.

The visuals in the Xbox 360 and Wii games differ, as you would expect. The Xbox 360 game features clean detailed visuals. The Wii game isn’t quite as pretty but still looked running at 480p. Everyones favorite Looney Tunes appear on the Nintendo Wii! The Looney Tunes franchise has long been a mainstay of the video game world, with a catalog of titles on platforms from the Game Boy to the the PlayStation2. But despite appearing on a variety of consoles, they’ve all had one thing in common–they’ve all been rather boring. Whether it’s adventure, racing, or even basketball, no Looney Tunes game has been worth a spot in any self-respecting gamer’s collection. One of the big features for Acme Arsenal is a co-op mode that, on the Xbox 360 at least, will be playable online. It will be also playable in co-op on all platforms (Xbox 360, PlayStation2, and Wii) offline using a split-screen mode. Even the single-player game depends on splitting between two characters, the choice of which is forced on you during your first play of the game; but you can go back and play with characters of your choice the second time around.

We all loved Brain Age for DS now prepare yourself for Brain Age 2! With success on the first Brain Age, the sequel might be Nintendo’s best game this year. Brain Age 2 is set to offer more than 10 new games. On first appearance Brain Age 2 looks just like the first game with the same layout for all the game options. First of all there are a series of quick exercises that you can play during a spare five minutes. Then there’s a Suduko the famous and widely popular game in Japan.

This game also includes new multiplayer modes and minigames, there are some really neat new single-player games. Like rock,paper,scissors, shoot and a speech-based take on the schoolground game where you have to say the answers into the DS mic. There are also plenty new additions to the daily training mode.

The newest Smash Bros. will feature several industry icons not seen before in the series. In addition to Wario, Pit from Kid Icarus, Kirby villain Meta night, Samus Aran sans heavy-metal duds and Solid Snake would lend his lethal stealth abilities to the game….cardboard box and all! Also multiplayer mayhem is a big part of this game. When the game releases on wii December 3, players will be able to jump into global or friend-only matches.

Players will be able to check the status of those in their wii friend network and then jump right into a match under a variety of modes.

On part arcade sports game, one part RPG and one part stat-heavy baseball strategy game. 2K sports’ MLB Power Pros Baseball is nothing if not intriguing and extremely Japanese. Based on Konami’s long-running incredibly popular baseball game from Japan, Power Pros is no set to debut on American shores next month. If you’ve never heard of Konami’s arcade baseball efforts before, let’s set some expectations. First of all, forget the meticulous level of graphical detail that you see in other baseball games. Instead you’ll see cartoonish character, like a mii just a little bit more cartoony. Second, when controls come to mind this game is straight forward arcade baseball experience.

Luckily when you plug in your nunchuk to your wii controller, you have a good deal more control over the outcome of the game.
