Dark Sector is a third person action game. And you take the role of an infected black ops agent endowed with superhuman abilities. Now being chased by the agency he was once a part of. Hayden Tenno harnesses his infected body to become even more powerful while outrunning hid previous employer across Eastern Europe. Dark Sector has a unique weapon called the glaive. A sharp boomerang like device that’s controlled by your newly mutated arm.
You can also sling it at a number of environmental elements such as fire, ice and electricity to collect their effects. Meaning you can electrocute enemies, set them on fire,freeze them or just light your way through a dark area. There is plenty of potential for the glaive. But you could also use the hand gun though it’s kinda weak, you can shoot an enemy’s gas mask off. Making them run around holding their breath. That’s when you can use the shotgun or glaive. Or you can go up to an enemy and press B to preform a deadly neck break. Dark Sector comes out in February 2008.
