Which is better: The Xbox 360 Elite or the 60 GB Playstaion 3?

Mainly at gaming, but also in video. Take into account the ideas Sony has for its PS3. For example Playstation Home. I had the Xbox and Playstation 2 and I loved them both, but I want to know which of the two new systems has what it takes to really be considered a Next-Gen console.
Okay I used to have a Premium 360 until someone stole it. I loved it. It was a great console. I’ve played the PS3 and it was also great. Like i said I NEED FACTS! I need cold hard facts that can be proven to help me decide which I should get. The facts make it easier to believe that one is better than the other.

Can you use a Xbox 360 on a 60 Htz Tv?

Ok thanks for the info everyone, I have since found out that it was a mis print error on1 of the Xbox 360 games, and your right there is No such thing as 66htz, and my current Tv is 60htz, so thanks everyone that was a Great Help!
