Before our very detailed video games were around, video games were just pixels. Positions in the right spot to look like things and people. Before Nintendo became a very successful game company, it produced card games and such all over Japan. In the 1970’s a joystick like control was made. It held some of the arcade classics such as Asteroids. Then came your video game machine at the arcades all around Japan. And the stars of the first arcade machine were of course Nintendo’s mascot Mario along with Donkey Kong and Mario’s girlfriend Princess Peach. You have three lives and you have to get to the top of a slanted platform to save your girlfriend from a big ape AKA Donkey Kong.

There’s some pretty hot game accessories out. And I thought I’d inform you of them in time for the holidays.
DS Accessories-
1. Jam Sessions Performance Bundle- Whether you’re a fan of music or and expert musician, Jamsession lets you rock out. Jamsession let’s you practice song writing, singing and playing guitar.
Wii Accessories-
1. Wii Sports Pack- A special controller for each Wii Sports game. How awesome is that? A baseball bat, a golf club, and a tennis racket. To preform your best. You don’t really need a special controller to bowl or box… you might break something.

Nintendogs comes in four different types. Labrador & friends, Chihuahua & friends, Dachshund & friends, Dalmatian & friends and Shiba & Friends. Shiba in friends has not been released yet. And it only releases in Japan, it might come to the US later on. But in Labrador, Chihuahua and Dachshund & friends you can choose from labs, chihuahuas, dachshunds and so on. But you have to unlock some dogs such as the dalmatian and golden retrievers.

And when you first pick your pup you have to name it and then you can walk it.

Whether they are putting you in charge of your own railroad, amusement park, cruise ship or shopping mall. Tycoon games let you create your own what ever version you bought. But a new one that is coming to Wii is Space Station Tycoon. Unlike many build-your-own whatever games Space Station Tycoon has a bit of a story to it. You control a young man named Shawn who just happened to have his own space station. At least until pirates attack it and blow it up. The first thing you’ll notice about Space Station Tycoon when it’s in action is that it looks a lot like Outpost Kaloki X a space station building game. Released on the Xbox Live market place.

The visuals are very cartoon like and there are lots of vibrant and pretty colors.

Whether it’s the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or PC version, Devil May Cry 4 has amazing graphics. This is the fourth Devil May Cry in this action game. Which is kinda obvious since it’s called Devil May Cry 4. And more good news besides the graphics is that it runs a solid 60 frames per second. And has wonderfully animated characters. And very detailed backgrounds.

The game opens with a tutorial level where the new playable character is squaring off against Dante.

This simple online game lets you create and train a virtual cat or dog. Besides you won’t have to deal with accidents on the carpet, fleas or a messy household. Plus other pet like stuff. Virtual pet owners can enjoy watching their pet develop it’s own personality, appearance, and hobbies. Though you can’t hug a DS. Well you could but it would be weird.

The DS version of GoPets: Vacation Island will mirror the PC title.

Spore is a life simulating game from the creator of Sims, Will Wright. Spore is divided into five levels. Which I am about to take you through.
1st Level: The “Cell” portion of this game you will assume the role of a single celled organism for around 30 minutes. Your goal is to simply swim around and eat other organisms. Doing so will entrance your DNA.
2nd Level: The “Creature faze you will see you crawling out of the water onto land for the first time. When you get there you will need to evolve your creature into either aggressive or social interactions with other creatures. Through eating meats and fruits, and using the game’s powerful creature design tool.

3rd Level: After getting the population of your new species to a certain size you’ll enter the “Tribe” phase of the game.

Ray man may have been the main playable character in Rayman Raving Rabbids. But it was the weirdly malevolent screaming bunnies that were loved the best. And Ubisoft is making a sequel for Nintendo’s very popular Wii. With it’s unique controller. But I’ll get into that later. And of course it wouldn’t be fun without a multiplayer portion in the game. Which means there is no shortage of rabbids. But before you start you you are presented with a number of rabbids that you can choose from.

And some accessories to customize your rabbid with. Like hats, skins and outfits.
