Hook up your PSP to your PS3 via a USB cable (the cable that you use to charge the controllers will work just fine). Log into the Playstation Store via the PS3. On the top of the Playstation Store page you will see the Donloads tab. Select the item you’ve downloaded for the PSP. From there it will give you the option to transfer it to your PSP. Please note that you must have enough room on your memory stick for all the files.

To copy music you hook up your PSP to your PS3 like before , go to music, highlight the album or tracks you want to transfer, press the triangle button on your controller and select copy.
