I defenitely think so, because if you think about it, even with Xbox Live Gold membership, you’re paying money every month just to play on the internet. Although the PS3 costs more money, it is also free-internet play; so in the long run, the cost of the Xbox plus internet play will outprice the cost of the PS3. I would go with the PS3 any day. Good Luck!

I’d do it. You’re trading in a 300 buck machine for a 600 buck machine.

Technically, the PS3 is capable of better graphics, but you’re not going to see that much of a difference until 2 or 3 years down the road. Right now, the 360 has been released a year before the PS3, so programmers have had over a year lead to get to know the 360 hardware, so the current 360 graphics are just as good and sometimes better than the current PS3 graphics.

Problem with the PS3 right now is that it’s in a slump like the 360 and Wii when it comes to games. If you think you can play Resistance online for the next 2 or 3 months without getting bored, then by all means, do the trade. That’s right, it’s going to be around March before the PS3 sees a blockbuster hit.
