During single player in Timeshift, you’ll play through a brief training segment. In which you have to tackle a number of small objects. You don’t just grad guns and shoot, you have to go to the past then come back to the future. Timeshift’s mission structure is kinda basic. You travel from point A to point B. You’re fighting and resisting Krone the whole time you play. The time powers usually come in handy when you get thrown up against enemies . . . lots of enemies. . . which happens a lot in Timeshift. Sometimes in
Timeshift you’ll run into obstacles on foot when you have to use your power (controlling time) such as walk right into enemy tanks. You shouldn’t just use your time powers to have a lazy battle. And you will have to do puzzles using your powers. The puzzles are fairly obvious though.
You should now know that Timeshift is a mind and time bending first-person shooter set in an alternate reality ruled by a madman named Krone.
Timeshift’s story is that you and your partner were working on time suits when your partner stole one. He blew up everything that you loved and lived for.
And then he escaped into another dimension. You the good scientist grabs a suit and follows him and you land in a dystopian alterna- Earth. Which is ruled by none other than your ex-associates. Your weapons include a machine gun with grenade launcher attachment and a crossbow that shoots exploding bolts! But the greatest weapon being time itself. With a push of a button your time suit decides what time ability will suit you best slow, stop or reverse. Timeshift should hit the shelfs October 30th.
