What is better an Xbox 360 elite, a halo edition xbox 360, or a ps3 60 gb?

neither…i would say 360 premium….cheap and just right….the only usable advange in elite is that hdmi connection which is the same quality connection as the HD component cables. and yes the hard drive is bigger but again useless.
talking about useless reminded me couple of things about ps3….like the blu ray….no video store carry blu ray to be rented out and if you want to buy ‘em it will cost you around 45-90 dollars per each blu ray dvd movie. video stores also don’t rent out HD dvd’s but 360 doesn’t come with it and if you want to buy it….it will be extra 100 dollars. however, you can download HD movies from 360 market place for 3 bucks and it goes straight to your hard drive….you can then watch it in HD on your HD tv (same as blu ray qulity) and delete it when you are done…..so you don’t need HD dvd player to watch HD on 360 but will have to spend 600+ bucks for blu ray which you will never use.
bluetooth is also useless in a console. 360 dont have bluetooth and not once my controllers have disconnected (they show battery life).
why pay for all this junk is ps3 when you don’t really need it. i don’t get it.
also major delays on ALL ps3 games. EA, Ubisoft etc…don’t have appropriate tech to make blu ray games as fast as 360 and pc….so all universal games come out months after they are released on 360. so if you don’t mind waiting few more months for games like medal of honour: airborne, call of duty 4 etc…buy ps3 and pay more doing so.
graphically they are both pretty much the same….not noticible difference….try ‘em out at best buy.
and if you play games online then ps3 is the last thing you want. same crappy service as ps2. its free so no one maintains it. 360 charges 40 bucks for a year (cheaper on ebay)…..for which you will get unbetable service and will never be kicked or lagged like on ps. thats like paying 3 dollars a month (even cheaper if you buy your xbox live card on ebay instead from a store….the most economical cards are the 12 months card for which you will pay the least amont of money)

ps. games like HALO, gears of war etc. are only on xbox.
