Will all Xbox 360 games (50 - 60 HZ) work on a 50 Hz supported tv?

I got a 50 Hz supported tv and will be getting Xbox 360 soon and just wondering if 60 Hz games (like PES 6 , Halo 3 , Gears of War) will work on it , its an fairly old tv 4 - 5 years now it has Scart socket.
